It can be found in the Omni-Gallery in the Giant Saltwater Fish tank.

The whiptail stingray can be trained to display doglike, freindly behaviors such as accepting food, receiving hugs, and even rolling over for belly rubs.
However, watch out for the venomous stings on its tail while giving scritches.
