No need to follow traffic rules when you live in the water.

What a catch! My first Neon Tetra! It flashes like a tiny traffic light.
Will it flash a red light to make other fishes stop?

Neon Tetra is an Aquatic Creature in Petit Planet.

Scientific Name: Paracheirodon innesi

The neon tetra relies on an external light source for their fluorescence.
When they're in dimly lit environments, the fluorescence on their bodies fades. In other words, you can control the "light switch" on them by turning the lights on and off.
