Good news — taking care of it won't cost you a fortune.
Red-Spotted Loach is an Aquatic Creature in Petit Planet.
Omnipedia
Scientific Name: Erromyzon kalotaenia
The scientific name of the Red-Spotted Loach generalizes its "beauty," which does little to make the fish marketable to the public. Thus, it was given a catchier trade name among aquarists — the "red diamond loach."
The good news is that, despite its fancy new title, its "cost of living" hasn't skyrocketed accordingly.
