Scientific Name: Auriglobus modestus
The golden puffer can live in pure freshwater environments and is one of the rare members of the Tetraodontidae family that doesn't inflate.
As they grow, their bodies become increasingly flat, resembling the ocean sunfish.
However, no matter how similar they are in appearance, the bottom-dwelling golden puffer will never float on the water's surface like a pancake.
