What a catch! My first pearl oyster! It produces pearls.

It can be found in the Omni-Gallery in the Shore-Dwellers section.

When foreign substances enter a pearl oyster, the oyster secretes layers of nacre and calcium carbonate that envelops the substance to form a pearl.
Composition wise, pearls are mostly calcium carbonate, just like the oyster itself.
