What a catch! My first moon crab! It can burrow into sand in a flash.

The moon crab is an expert at sand diving with specialized legs that double as paddles for swift swimming.
Despite all that, it often ends up ashore in fishing nets. Because of its mediocre taste, it's usually sold in seafood markets in the same tank as other miscellaneous crabs.
