What a catch! My first Purple Scallop! It can launch itself like a spring.

Purple Scallop is a Shore-Dweller Creature in Petit Planet.
Scientific Name: Argopecten purpuratus
The unique, vibrant purple color of the purple scallops makes them highly popular in seashell trading.
But at the same time, in areas where they're abundant, they're usually sold in food markets as ordinary scallops.
