Beautiful, and delicious too.
What a catch! My first Pink Spiny Lobster! Its shell's covered in rose-like patterns.
Once cooked, the rose patterns become even more clearer!
Pink Spiny Lobster is a Shore-Dweller Creature in Petit Planet.
Scientific Name: Metanephrops mozambicus
Unlike the true lobster, pink spiny lobsters don't have powerful, meaty claws. They rely more on their tail muscles to move quickly, which gives their tail meat a unique texture.
And that's how a great dish was born.
