The Disk Abalone thinks young kelp tastes better.

What a catch! My first Disk Abalone! It loves to eat fresh kelp.

Disk Abalone is a Shore-Dweller Creature in Petit Planet.

It can be found in the Omni-Gallery in the Shore-Dweller section.

Omni-Gallery — Intertidal Zone

Scientific Name: Haliotis discus

Disk Abalones mainly feed on algae. They are typically fed kelp in aquafarms.
Though simple invertebrates, they show clear preferences for their "grub" — always picking out the freshest, most tender pieces of kelp from the bunch.
