What a catch! My first Sea Urchin! It feeds on lettuce with its tube feet.
Sea Urchin is an Shore-Dweller Creature in Petit Planet.
Scientific Name: Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus
Sea urchins often leave the impression of being stationary creatures, but they move around slowly with their tube feet and spines.
Some gastropod sea snails prey on sea urchins, so sometimes you'll catch slow-motion chases between the two on the sea floor.
