Creates a link from the input text in first argument.

If the input is already a link and has a label ({{L|((link))|((label))}}), then the unmodified input is returned.

If the input contains multiple links, then the unmodified input is returned.

If the input text contains any of the following, including a single space before, then a label is added with the text removed.
