This template uses Module:Lang, a script written in Lua.

This template is a shorthand for formatting Italian text by using {{Lang|mini = 1}} as a base and automatically setting the Italian text in italics.

Syntax

All fields are optional except the Italian text.
{{It|Italian text|tl = Translation of the Italian text|lit = Literal Translation of the Italian Text}}

Examples

{{It|Invokazione del genio|tl = Genius Invokation|lit = Invokation of the Genius}} yields:
Invokazione del genio "Genius Invokation," lit. "Invokation of the Genius"
