Rebella is a Neighbor in Petit Planet.
Profile
Perched on rooftops and car roofs — who's that looking down at her pursuers from high above?
Rebella sees through pretentious rules with her jewel-bright eyes. Hunting for ores and kicking down warning signs are the two things she does best.[1]
