Sea Whistle is a Currency in Petit Planet, that can be obtained by picking up Wandering Stars during a Starsea Voyage, or from Events.

It can also be obtained by converting Lucasprout Lucasprout ×60, and is used to perform Starsea Calls on the Seasonal Goods banners.
