The housing services allow Planet Tenders to upgrade their own House, or those of Neighbors.
In order to purchase these upgrades, Planet Tenders must reach specific House Ratings for their own abode, while for Neighbor Houses, they must own the required blueprint.
Planet Tender houses require certain quantities of Dough to upgrade, while Neighbor Houses will use Tree Sap, and then materials relating to the Neighbor or their home Galaxy.
