Used to display Descriptions with formatting for source and title.

Syntax

1 — Description text
2 — Source of description
title — Title of description
italic — Transform description into italic

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.

Text	`1`	Description Text. Default Description	String	required
Source	`2`	Source of Description below text right aligned (Italics).	String	optional
Title	`title`	Title of Description above text (Bold).	String	optional
Italic Description	`italic`	Transform the description into italic text	Boolean	optional
