This template uses Module:Lang, a script written in Lua.

This template is a shorthand for formatting Portuguese text by using {{Lang|mini = 1}} as a base and automatically setting the Portuguese text in italics.

Syntax

All fields are optional except the Portuguese text.
{{Pt|Portuguese text|tl = Translation of the Portuguese text|lit = Literal Translation of the Portuguese Text}}

Examples

{{Pt|A Carta de um Garoto|tl = A Boy's Letter|lit = A Letter of a Boy}} yields:
A Carta de um Garoto "A Boy's Letter," lit. "A Letter of a Boy"
