Five-Bar Swordtail is a Insect Creature in Petit Planet.

What a catch! My first five-bar swordtail!
Despite having "sword" in its name, the five-bar swordtail is actually pretty gentle.

It can be found in the Omni-Gallery in the Garden Insects section.

Five-bar swordtails often gather around mud puddles formed after rain.
This behavior is to replenish the salt and minerals their bodies need.
These butterflies aren't the only insects attracted to the mud puddle. Despite being "armed" with "swords," they are but frail butterflies, and won't show any aggression towards the other insects that have come to share.
