It can be found in the Omni-Gallery in the Coastal Fish tank.

Large yellow croakers have two large otoliths in their heads.
Sound waves from striking hard objects can travel underwater and resonate with these otoliths, stunning the fish and causing them to lose direction and float to the surface.
In the past, fishermen used this clever method to hunt them. However, in order to protect the yellow croaker population, this fishing method and similar ones have all been prohibited.
