It's soft blue color makes it look delicate, but it can crush sea urchins with a single bite.

Blackspot Tuskfish is a Fish Creature in Petit Planet.

It is located in the Omni-Gallery in the Coral Fish tank.

Omnipedia

Blackspot tuskfish are known for their distinctive "tusks," which they use to crush hard-shelled prey like sea urchins. This trait inspired the fishing method where sea urchins are used as bait for the blackspot tuskfish. So, if you reel in and see a sea urchin on the hook, consider that it might not be a sea urchin you caught, but rather, a tuskfish that you missed.
