What a catch! My first snail-eating Rimmed Window Firefly!
It'll turn the snail into soup and slurp it up.

Scientific Name: Pyrocoelia analis
Rimmed Window Firefly larvae track snails by following the slime they leave behind. Once it finds its target, the larva sticks its head into the snail's shell and injects a mix of anesthetic and digestive fluids. This turns the snail into a pot of "soup" to be savored slowly later.
