Creatures are a Game System in Petit Planet.
Overview
Creatures are collectibles that can be found across a Planet Tender's Planette.
They are divided into 3 types, being Fish, Insects, and Shore-Dwellers, with each one requiring a different Tool to catch.
All available creatures are then further sub-divided into Qualities:
- Gray: The most common.
- Purple: Rarer, but can still be relatively common.
- Gold: Rarest, with some awarding Loomix Footprints upon capture.
Lastly, all creatures have a size-range, which is species-specific. Upon a successful capture of a creature, depending on the size that was caught, the creature will be given a Star Rating:
- ★: The caught creature is of a small size.
- ★★: The caught creature is of median size.
- ★★★: The caught creature is of a large size.
Both the Quality and Star-Rating affect the sale-price of the creature at Shops such as Glenn's Goods.

- "MAX" rated creatures with auras were added for collection.
- Season tags were added to all Creatures.
- The Collection Score of all Creatures was changed:
- Common-quality from: +5/12/22 to +5/13/23
- Rare-quality from: +10/24/44 to +10/26/46
- Stellar-quality from: +40/96/176 to +30/78/138
Stardrift Test
- Weather tags were added to all Creatures.
- Text updates to various tags:
- "Exclusive to Islets" -> "Islets".
- "In the air" -> "Aerial".
