This template is used primarily on pages in the main namespace. It can be found on 2,706 pages, or on about 67.41% of those pages.
Edits to this template will be widely noticed. To avoid large-scale disruption and unnecessary server load, any changes to this template should be tested in its sandbox or testcases subpages, or in your own user space. The tested changes can then be added to this page in one single edit.

This template is used to display when something was released and display any changes it has received since its release (Change History). The Change History text displayed is normally from the PAGENAME/Change History subpage.
If the subject of the page has not changed significantly since it was released or does not require specific details on how it was released, the subpage is not required.
Syntax

- 1 — Version content was released in. Numbers include:
- CBT: Stardrift Test, Coziness Test, Final Beta Test.
- This will also sort the entry into their proper release category (Example: Category:Released in Version Stardrift Test). If a non-valid release number was chosen the page will be added to Category:Released in Unknown Version.
- introduced — Version content or concept was introduced in. Solely for characters and lore.
- page — To transclude the Change History of another page, use this parameter.
- note — Set to 1 to add a subsection with a "Note" group reflist.
