Standard input for categories relating to a neighbor's articles. All categories handled by this template begin with the neighbor's name.

This template supports:
* {{F|<neighbor> Birthday Mails}}
* {{F|<neighbor> Mails}}
* {{F|<neighbor> Quests}}
* {{F|<neighbor>}} (main/base category)

But doesn't support:
* For categories related to their media (images, gifs, videos), use:
** {{T|Category Neighbor Media}}
** {{T|Category Neighbor Images}}
** {{T|Category Neighbor Videos}}
